Molly is an associate of Ward & Turton. She practices exclusively in the area of family law handling matters including, but not limited to divorce, child custody, child support, termination, CPS matters, and post judgment modifications and enforcements.
Additionally, Molly is collaboratively trained and enjoys effectively communicating with a team of professionals to help clients reach a more peaceful and less adversarial resolution to their family law matters.
During law school Molly worked in the W.W. Caruth Jr. Child Advocacy Clinic, first as a student Guardian ad Litem for children in the care of Child Protective Services and then as a Chief Justice. She also interned at the Dallas District Attorney's Office in both the family violence and child abuse divisions. In her last year of law school, Molly served as an AmeriCorps intern at Central Dallas Ministries' Legal Action Works, primarily in the area of family law.
After graduating law school, Molly worked at a personal injury law firm gaining experience as a litigator. Since joining Ward & Turton, she has practiced both in the traditional and collaborative family law models. Molly received her B.S. with highest honors in Applied Learning and Development from the University of Texas at Austin in 2005. She received her J.D. from Southern Methodist University in 2008.
